Lauren studied Exercise and Movement Science at the University of Oregon, graduating in 1999 with a B.S in both EMS and Biology.

She began in earnest her career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Seeing her clients feel better through movement and breath was empowering.

This propelled her to continue her studies and broaden her understanding of not only how the body works, but how the body heals.

In 2002, Lauren earned both her state and national Massage Therapy License from the East-West School of the Healing Arts.
Wanting to continue to offer support off the table for her clients, Lauren began teaching community yoga classes.

As the need for more yoga classes grew, Lauren decided to immerse in yogic study.

In 2009 Lauren completed her 200 hour YTT with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at The White Lotus Foundation. She is registered as an Experienced Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance.

In 2018 Lauren opened her yoga studio, Radiant Yoga. She enjoyed two beautiful years of running "the healing space" as the community fondly called the yoga studio.

When the pandemic hit, the studio closed and Lauren shifted her energy to cultivating an on demand yoga library, and teaching livestream yoga classes.

She strives to bring high quality, therapeutic, and healing yoga classes to all.
